Position Overview

As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Adissia Group for our valued clients and visitors. You’ll play a key role in managing client interactions, ensuring an exceptional customer journey, and assisting the sales and marketing teams in enhancing our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide information about properties, ongoing projects, and company services.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits, follow-ups, and client meetings.
• Maintain client records and ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations promptly.
• Support the sales team in client engagement and relationship management.
• Ensure the reception area and customer touch points reflect Adissia Group’s brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, or Real Estate background preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or front office (real estate or hospitality sector preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
