Guest Experience Assistant

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Postgraduate degree.
• Talented and enthusiastic freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships naturally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management with strong follow-up ability.
• Quick learner with agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Active listening and empathy in handling customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive demeanor.
• Communicate effectively across phone, email, and chat to deliver accurate information and support.
• Assist customers with booking-related queries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Address and resolve concerns or complaints, striving for first-contact resolution, and escalate when necessary.
• Collect and document customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Encourage satisfied customers to share positive reviews on platforms such as Google.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and transactions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer journey.
• Participate in initiatives to reduce friction points and improve customer experience.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate guidance.
• Proactively build customer loyalty through personalized interactions, follow-ups, and exceptional service delivery.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail while handling multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
