Guest Delight Intern

at Atlys, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, assisting them through calls, chats, and emails. You’ll play a key role in making the visa journey smooth and stress-free by resolving queries and offering timely support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.

The Job

• Provide prompt and friendly assistance to travelers across channels (calls, chat, email)
• Help users navigate the visa application process with clarity and empathy
• Document customer conversations accurately in our CRM
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Stay updated on visa policies and Atlys product offerings
• Flag user pain points and share ideas to improve the support experience
  

The ideal candidate

• Currently in the third year of college or a recent graduate
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Comfortable learning visa regulations quickly and explaining them in simple terms.
• Patient, solution-oriented, and able to convey empathy in every interaction.
• Organized and diligent about follow-ups and documentation.
• Based in Delhi or able to commute to our Delhi office daily.
• Ready to join immediately for a 3–6 month internship.
