Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a GTS specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GTS and excellent analytical skills. This position is available in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, and Gurgaon/Noida.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement GTS solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for GTS projects.
Provide training and support to end-users on GTS tools and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GTS implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of GTS principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with GTS tools and technologies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Education: BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.
Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred.
