• Plan, schedule, and execute process audits across departments to assess adherence to
policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Identify key risks and control points within processes
• Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, including observations, evidence, and
risk levels.
• Document process weaknesses, deviations, and compliance issues, providing actionable
insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and process owners to provide practical solutions for
process improvement.
• Recommend corrective actions and process changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and
compliance.
• Support process owners in implementing and tracking recommended improvements.
• Conduct follow-up audits to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure
continued compliance.
• Track and monitor ongoing compliance and quality assurance measures across departments.
