Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining SailPoint as a Go-To-Market (GTM) System Administrator, where you will have a crucial role in SailPoint's IT Front Door process. Your main responsibilities will include evaluating new vendor requests related to Go-To-Market initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical feasibility, and security posture. You will work closely with IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to provide technical guidance and facilitate decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding GTM systems and managing 3rd party solutions integrated with SailPoint Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze incoming business requests for new GTM vendor solutions, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives. - Document and track Go-To-Market systems in IT CMDB for effective management. - Evaluate the technology and platform of proposed vendors, focusing on scalability, integration capabilities, security vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with Cyber Security to conduct security assessments of vendor solutions, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. - Ensure vendor solutions comply with industry regulations, data privacy standards, and SailPoint's internal policies. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor evaluations, technical specifications, security assessments, and compliance reports. - Setup new 3rd party vendor solutions on Salesforce platform, including package installation, connection, and permissions. Depreciate unused 3rd party solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. - Experience with Go-To-Market systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Highspot, Gainsight, Outreach, ZoomInfo. - Knowledge of system integration, identity security, and data security. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information to various audiences. - Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
