The GST & Vendor Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing vendor communication related to GST compliance, ensuring timely reporting and filing of GST returns, and maintaining accurate GST-related records. This role requires strong coordination, communication, and accounting knowledge. Freshers are also included for this position.
GST Reporting & Filing:
Assist in preparing, verifying, and filing monthly/quarterly GST returns.
Track GST filing status and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
Support reconciliation between purchase/sales registers and GST portal data.
Communicate with vendors to resolve GST invoice mismatches, credit note issues, and input tax credit discrepancies.
Ensure vendors submit proper GST-compliant invoices and documentation.
Maintain a record of vendor GST registrations and compliance status.
Coordinate with internal accounts, procurement, and finance teams regarding vendor GST queries.
Provide regular reports on GST filing status and vendor compliance.
Any Bachelors degree, including B.Com, Commerce, or Accounting.
Knowledge of GST and related processes.
Good communication and coordination .
