Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional support to Enterprise clients through multiple channels including phone, email, support tickets, chat, and community forums.
Clearly document all troubleshooting steps and interaction details to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer support experience.
Aim for first-contact resolution of issues, with timely follow-up as necessary.
Contribute to the documentation of client IT processes and procedures.
Identify trends in user-reported issues and assist in developing solutions for common problems.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles for end users, IT partners, and Help Desk staff.
Manage and assist in the administration of device management using the Jamf Pro suite.
Support change management processes and perform compatibility testing for configuration changes on new and existing iOS and macOS versions.
Provide support for macOS virtualization solutions, including assistance with Windows operating systems as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of Apple hardware and software.
Proven experience providing support for macOS and iOS devices.
Ability to operate and integrate macOS systems within a predominantly Windows environment.
Strong time and task management skills with conscientious ownership and follow-through.
True customer focus and a strong drive to deliver exceptional experiences to internal and external customers.
Understanding of enterprise architecture and IT systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of tracking and balancing multiple projects and resources.
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on team success.
Availability for 24/7 scheduling, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts, to support AMEC, EMEA, and APAC regions.
