Role Overview: As a member of the non-management team at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, your role involves following company policies and procedures, reporting accidents and unsafe work conditions to your manager, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, and protecting company assets. Your responsibilities include welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guests" service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and speaking using clear and professional language. Additionally, you will develop and maintain positive working relationships, support your team in reaching common goals, comply with quality assurance standards, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
