Role Overview:

As a Growth Specialist, you shall generating qualified leads to conversion by conducting demos, and managing the entire acquisition cycle. This role combines sales, relationship-building, and product understanding to accelerate SchoolAi adoption in schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified school leads by presenting SchoolAi product presentations to School Principals, Administrators, and School Owners.
  • Manage the sales funnel from prospecting-demo-follow-up to closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key school stakeholders.
  • Share market insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Update and maintain 100% accurate and updated lead data in the CRM.
  • Track and report weekly KPIs and weekly sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, success, and sales teams.
  • Analyze school needs and trends to refine the pitch strategy to position SchoolAi effectively.

  • Any Post Graduates
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/EdTech.
