What You'll Actually Do

• Think like a founder, act like a growth hacker: Own revenue targets, CAC, ROAS, retention, and everything in between.
• Partner with our marketing agencies to launch, tweak, and scale Meta & Google Ads.
• Run experiments: New landing pages, WhatsApp workflows, email triggers — anything that moves the needle.
• Build smart automations on Klaviyo, SMS, WhatsApp to make our customers feel seen and remembered.
• Collaborate with product, design, and ops to ensure the full customer journey feels seamless and joyful.
• Monitor performance like a hawk: traffic, AOV, repeat rates, segment-wise LTV — you know what matters.
• Spot trends, test marketplaces, and help launch us into international markets (yes, world domination is part of the plan).
• Explore growth levers that others miss — think coupon platforms, corporate gifting, brand partnerships, and PR opportunities.
• Help shape Gehna’s PR presence and pitch-worthy moments (we’re not camera-shy, we’re just intentional).
• Be the voice of the customer and their silent best friend — from the moment they discover us to the day they make us their go-to brand.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of D2C or e-commerce growth experience (jewellery or fashion brand background is a plus).
• Fluent in data, but also fluent in emotion — you understand both dashboards and buyer psychology.
• Hungry to learn, eager to own, and allergic to mediocre.
• Not afraid of spreadsheets, not afraid of storytelling.
• You care about customers. And you care about results. In that order.
