🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Build meaningful relationships with learners through feedback calls and regular follow-ups
• Understand learner goals and recommend the best plans or next steps
• Track learner activity and identify who needs a nudge or extra support
• Re-engage inactive users with empathy and insight
• Upsell or renew plans based on usage data and learner progress
• Share learner insights with the team to improve the product and experience
• Work closely with our marketing and customer success teams

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in EdTech, sales, or support
• Strong communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• A learner-first attitude with a deep sense of empathy
• Organised, self-driven, and comfortable using CRM tools or Google Sheets
• Hunger to grow fast and take ownership
