Job Description

As a passionate professional with strong problem-solving skills, your role as a Subscription Business Driver in Chennai will involve: - Driving subscription revenues (retention) for digital products, with Paid Subscriber renewal/retention % as your core KPI - Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to manage campaigns, enhance engagement, and boost conversions - Mapping user journeys to enhance conversions from the existing user base and minimize paid user churn - Conducting market analysis and user surveys to identify service delivery gaps, user expectations, and revenue-boosting opportunities - Analyzing subscriber and non-subscriber data to derive insights on user behavior To excel in this role, you should possess: - B.E./B.Tech. and/or MBA from a reputed university or relevant entrepreneurial experience - 3-6 years of experience, including 1-2 years in driving revenues/subscriptions in Marketing, Growth, or Product roles - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with industry-standard Data Analytics tools and Marketing Automation platforms If you're interested in this opportunity, please send your resume with details of your Current CTC, Expected CTC, and notice period to ashok.sp@thehindu.co.in.,
