Growth Product Manager - Retention

As a passionate professional with strong problem-solving skills, your role will be to drive subscription revenues for digital products in Chennai. Your core KPI will be the Paid Subscriber renewal/retention %. You will collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to manage campaigns, enhance engagement, and increase conversions. It is essential to map user journeys to improve conversions and reduce paid user churn. By conducting user surveys and analyzing data, you will identify gaps in service delivery and user expectations to boost engagement and revenues.
