Your Role:

• 3+ years of experience

• A strong understanding of the agency-client dynamic in PPC, Meta Ads, or paid media.
• Drive, hunger, and the mindset of an owner — not an employee.
• Existing contacts or a network in need of paid marketing services is a big plus.
