Who We’re Looking For: We're seeking a Strategic Growth Partner who has a proven background in business development and client acquisition in the performance marketing or digital marketing space. This is not a salaried role — instead, it’s an opportunity to build and co-own a scalable marketing business alongside a hands-on performance marketer (me!). If you’re entrepreneurial, self-driven, and tired of building things for others — this might just be your move. Your Role: Lead all efforts related to new business acquisition . Define and execute sales strategies and outreach plans. Tap into your network or explore new verticals to bring clients on board. Be the face of the agency in client conversations, pitches, and closings. Work closely with the founder (performance strategist) to shape service offerings and delivery. What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales for a digital marketing or performance marketing agency. A strong understanding of the agency-client dynamic in PPC, Meta Ads, or paid media. Drive, hunger, and the mindset of an owner — not an employee. Existing contacts or a network in need of paid marketing services is a big plus. What You Get: Co-founder status with revenue share or equity-based partnership , based on mutual agreement.
