Zycus is seeking a Growth Operator to join the Sales & Marketing COE Team. As the Growth Operator, you will play a pivotal role in driving experimentation, innovation, and scaling the Leads Pipeline. This position is far from conventional - you are expected to challenge the norms and rewrite the rules. Your responsibilities will involve delving into technology, data, and business strategies to identify growth opportunities, all while utilizing the latest AI tools, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and sales automation tools. Your role will be instrumental in fostering innovation within the Sales & Marketing COE, with a focus on rapid execution, learning from failures, and swift scaling of successful initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Growth Acceleration: Identify, test, and implement growth strategies across various tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, sales automation, GenAI agents, and off-the-shelf marketing tools. - Innovate Boldly: Drive experimentation with new tools and technologies, facilitating quick cycles of testing, learning, and scaling of successful initiatives. - Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize your expertise in data and analytics to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business performance. - Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with sales enablement, marketing teams, and COE members to pilot and scale initiatives without rigid SOPs, emphasizing curiosity, agility, and tangible results. - Sales Enablement: Spearhead Sales 2.0 and marketing 2.0 initiatives, transitioning new concepts from labs to teams for adoption and measurable ROI. - Fail Fast, Scale Fast: Lead iterative processes, embracing quick failures as learning opportunities to expedite growth. - Direct Line to Leadership: Enjoy direct access to the CMO to influence strategic decisions and prioritize high-impact growth experiments. Job Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: - Possess 5+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, with a solid background in sales enablement, marketing operations, or a related field. - Demonstrate a proven track record of experimenting with and scaling new technologies and growth strategies. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like SFDC, marketing automation tools, ABM tools, and AI-powered platforms. - Strong analytical mindset, capable of deriving insights from data and taking prompt action. - Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across teams and directly influence senior leadership.
