Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, social media, etc.). Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like user registrations, conversions, cost of acquisition, and ROI. Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize landing pages and funnel conversions for maximum impact. Focus on data-driven, performance-oriented strategies to scale growth rapidly. Hiring Roadmap: This role is often one of the first marketing hires after or alongside the CMO. Emphasis on executing high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies to drive product success. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles. Strong understanding of user acquisition, performance marketing, and data analytics.
