Job Description

Growth & Marketing Lead

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Research market trends, audience psychology, competition, and new opportunities.
Identify winning campaign angles, positioning ideas, and ad concepts.

Campaign Creation & Execution

Plan, set up, and run performance-driven ad campaigns (primarily Meta Ads).
Create and iterate ad copies, hooks, scripts, headlines, and funnel messaging.
Coordinate with designers/editors to produce creatives based on strategy.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Track CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and campaign performance daily.
Run A/B tests, refine audiences, improve messaging, and scale winning ads.
Maintain detailed reporting dashboards and share weekly insights.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate closely with the calling and operations team to ensure alignment between leads, scripts, and campaign messaging.
Understand customer feedback and conversion challenges to refine ads and funnels.
Coordinate with management to ensure marketing direction supports business goals.

Growth, Experimentation & Market Learning

Identify new platforms, experiments, and growth opportunities.
Continuously optimize funnels and communication based on user behavior.
Build SOPs and systems to streamline marketing activities as the company scales.

Outcome Accountability

This is not a task-based role it is a result-driven position.
Your key outcomes include:

Lowering cost per lead
Improving conversions
Scaling campaigns successfully
Ensuring smooth marketing-to-sales handover
Consistently launching effective campaigns across all product verticals
