Role & responsibilities We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Marketing & Conversion Executive to join our spiritual wellness initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with incoming leads, understand their queries, and help them make an informed decision to enroll in online or offline sessions. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Prior experience in counselling, telesales, or marketing. High emotional intelligence and a genuine approach. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with Google Workspace , WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools.
