Role Overview: As the Growth Manager - Sales at Stratex Consulting Services, your main mission is to achieve precision growth at speed and scale. You will be responsible for driving high-velocity B2B acquisition and revenue growth by leading outbound sales efforts across the ERP, LMS, and Shared Services offerings. Your role will involve accurately mapping solutions, maintaining high activity levels, and swiftly converting pipelines to deliver measurable commercial outcomes in a complex, compliance-driven market. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue Growth: - Consistently exceed sales targets through structured B2B acquisition, ensuring a balanced distribution across ERP, LMS, and service lines. - Deliver sustainable revenue growth aligned to quota and forecast. - Outbound Sales Execution: - Drive high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities. - Apply outbound rigor while maintaining messaging quality and empathy. - Pipeline Development: - Build and maintain 3x quota coverage using CRM discipline, targeted messaging, and warm follow-ups. - Maintain velocity without compromising targeting or compliance. - Sales Enablement: - Build and refine product-specific sales playbooks grounded in buyer personas, objections, and industry nuance. - Convert insights into repeatable Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. - Client Conversion & Onboarding: - Ensure 100% SLA adherence during onboarding, with 90% NPS. - Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to activation.
