Growth Manager-Business Banking mobile app

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the Business Banking Digital Segment of the bank by collaborating with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, tech solutions, and product teams. You will focus on customer engagement by working on initiatives to increase traffic on Business banking app channels with the goal of enhancing conversion rates and driving adoption among new and existing clients. Analyzing user journeys to identify areas for improvement and enhancing the conversion funnel will be key responsibilities. You will also work on implementing strategies across channels to enhance customer experience and ensure seamless journeys, in coordination with various teams such as product, analytics, and digital marketing. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in product enhancement by advocating for the needs of business banking clients in the development of new features and products. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, you will create awareness and engagement campaigns tailored to customer needs. Increasing the adoption of new products through cross-sell and upsell initiatives will be essential, along with optimizing user journeys in collaboration with Digital Product Managers. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of relevant experience in growth or product marketing for a business banking app. A customer-centric mindset and attention to detail are essential qualities. Proficiency in campaign management tools such as Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Adobe, as well as marketing tools like Firebase and Appsflyer, is required. Prior experience in executing D2C, B2B, MSME campaigns and content strategy is preferred. Experience in managing a digital portfolio for a bank, fintech, or NBFC would be advantageous.,
