Requirements
What You'll Do:
This is a role where you get to be everything you wanted to be!
- Be a product manager: define user flows, plan landing pages, analyse metric drops, perform RCAs and manage stakeholders
- Be a marketing strategist: to strategize content that sells, building funnels that convert, giving briefs to content team
- Be a performance marketer: Own and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and more. Don't worry - we'll teach you the stuff
- Be a Growth Strategist: Figuring out avenues for hacking growth & bringing success to your projects & campaigns whether it is email marketing or writing fake stuff on reddit
- Be a Data Analyst: Dig deeper into marketing metrics to uncover actionable insights, build dashboards, create reports
Who You Are & What You bring:
- Strong Math & Analytics Skills: You enjoy decoding metrics drop, root cause analysis, user journeys
- Engineering Background preferably from tier-1 college with around 1 year experience in consulting / analytics
- Independent, accountable & proactive: This is a remote-first role. We hire top talent, give them the space they need, and expect them to own their outcomes. No micromanagement - just trust, ownership, and growth
