We’re hiring a Growth Expert to partner with high-potential D2C/e-commerce brands. You'll own end-to-end growth strategies, scaling paid campaigns profitably while optimizing CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention. If you thrive on data, rapid experimentation, and driving explosive growth — this role is for you.
-Develop & execute high-impact growth strategies across Meta/Google.
-Drive business growth strategies, product-level strategies, and retention marketing.
-Optimize KPIs—CAC, LTV, ROAS, and repeat rates—through relentless testing and scaling.
-Scale paid acquisition profitably.
-Maximize customer lifetime value.
-3+ years of experience growing D2C/e-commerce brands.
-Data-driven mindset—comfortable analyzing metrics, testing fast, and scaling winners.
