Growth Enablement Manager (Depot)

As a member of the Product Enablement team at APM Terminals, your primary responsibility will be to equip internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively understand, promote, and support our products. Your focus will be on empowering these teams to deliver value to customers, achieve sales targets, and drive product adoption. Key aspects of product enablement include training and education, sales enablement, marketing enablement, customer support enablement, as well as continuous updates and communications. In the Professional stream, your role as an individual contributor will emphasize applying technical or discipline-specific knowledge to achieve results, rather than managing people. While coaching or mentoring less experienced staff, informal supervisory responsibilities, overseeing the work of other professionals, or managing processes and programs may be common, the main focus will be on utilizing your expertise within your field and influencing long-term tactical decisions within the organization. Progression within this stream will be based on the increasing depth of your professional knowledge, your project management capabilities, and your ability to influence others. As a colleague at this level, you are expected to have in-depth knowledge and experience in a specific functional area. You will routinely apply your subject matter expertise to solve common business issues within established practices and procedures. While handling most situations independently with minimal guidance, you may seek advice, guidance, and support for more complex or non-routine topics. Understanding the overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between your function and other departments is crucial at this level. Leaders within this stream are responsible for the performance and results of teams comprising less experienced professionals, frontline workers, and administrators. You will be expected to adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges effectively.
