Growth Associate Special Projects & New Initiatives

You will be responsible for supporting the development and scaling of new initiatives and special projects focused on expanding INDmoneys trader and investor user base. This high-visibility position will involve direct collaboration with senior leadership across content, marketing, product, and growth. You will have comprehensive exposure to high-impact initiatives, including community building, partnerships, and events. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and scale key initiatives aimed at driving growth within INDmoneys trader and investor ecosystem - Develop, expand, and manage trader and investor communities - Drive consistent daily engagement and ensure a positive user experience - Collaborate with product and growth teams to disseminate relevant updates and campaigns - Monitor community activity, address user queries, and maintain group health - Gather insights and feedback to support product enhancements and growth strategies - Identify opportunities for INDmoneys representation at relevant industry events - Oversee end-to-end event execution, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event engagement - Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities - Assist in negotiations, onboarding, and activation of partners to support measurable user acquisition and engagement - Evaluate partnership performance and recommend data-driven improvements Qualifications Required: - 02 years of experience in a Growth/Content/Product role - Strong interest in community building, user engagement, and growth initiatives - Passion for trading and financial markets; personal trading experience or formal finance qualifications (CFA, FRM, CA) are preferred - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Basic proficiency in SQL and coding is an advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset,
