Join Grapevine on a mission to help every professional stay informed, find meaningful jobs, and advance in their career As a Growth Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition through performance marketing and community-led strategies, while collaborating closely with leadership and product teams to shape innovative growth initiatives Key Responsibilities Own and scale Grapevine's performance marketing strategy Run and optimize high-impact campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Analyze funnels, measure CAC, and continuously improve acquisition efficiency Cultivate and nurture a vibrant Grapevine community by driving member participation and promoting community-generated content Experiment with new ideas and strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment What We Look For Skills: Proven experience running paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc Minimum of 1+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or similar roles Exceptional written communication skills with an eye for clarity and persuasion Deep understanding of social media platforms Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized Proactive and resourceful, with a penchant for experimenting with new strategies Experience working in fast-paced startup environments Qualifications Required Experience: 1+ years in growth, marketing, or related roles Bonus Points: Prior exposure to startup environments and a proven track record in performance marketing Job Location Koramangala, Bengaluru (In-office) Compensation ??1218 LPA What We Offer Ownership and autonomy in shaping user growth at a fast-growing platform Exposure to both paid acquisition and organic community growth strategies A high-impact role with direct visibility to leadership and product teams A passionate, ambitious, and collaborative team environment
