As a Group Product Manager at Adobe, you will collaborate with a versatile team in Noida to define the long-term vision for Adobe Document Cloud apps. Your responsibilities will include defining and championing the product vision and strategy for the assigned products, being a core member of the product management leadership team, and partnering with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive business success. You will work on product strategy, roadmap, and requirements in collaboration with customers, partners, internal teams, engineering, and senior management. Additionally, you will conduct research on customer and market needs, perform competitive analyses, define feature requirements, develop a comprehensive product roadmap, measure the efficacy of the roadmap, deliver presentations and demonstrations, and collaborate with various teams to bring the product to market. To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products, along with an educational background of BS in Engineering and an MBA from a top business school or equivalent experience. You should possess 12-17 years of experience, with a minimum of 6-8 years in a post-MBA business role. Strong leadership skills to manage a cross-functional team, prioritization skills in ambiguous situations, ability to make data-driven recommendations, outstanding communication and social skills, and experience in agile software development practices within a large team environment are desirable qualities for this position.
