Role & responsibilities: Create intended and aspirational imagery that occupies share of mind and stands out to the target customer Build content and shoot calendar for Product Communications Evaluate and select key talent for productions, negotiate best costs, develop project plan and run tight networks on turnaround Provide creative direction for Editorial and Campaign and Film Shoots Ensure Styling is as per Brand Image & taking ownership of digital shoots Phasing spends for content creation based on the annual calendar Negotiate best costs with Agencies and Production Houses As a cross-functional role, ensure that stakeholders specific requirements for content are met Ensuring consistent communication with all stakeholder to meet planned and immediate requirements of all stakeholders. Identify strong fashion PR capsules and work with our PR team to secure high-visibility placements in magazines and other media outlets. Guide and lead the team of digital and offline content operations manager to develop content approach and execution Essential Competencies: Content Strategy Creative Direction Strategic Planning and Budget Management Experience in identifying and securing high-visibility placements in media outlets.
