Group Manager - Accounts Payable

As a P2P Team Lead at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end P2P cycle, T&E claims processing, stakeholder management, master data management, people management, SLA/KPI management, governance, and process improvement. Your strong experience in these areas, along with SAP knowledge, will be highly valued. **Key Accountabilities:** - Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and focus on continuous improvement. - Contribute to client and vendor reviews meetings by providing a clear understanding of business needs. - Actively participate in transitions and establish necessary systems and audit requirements from the start-up stage. - Initiate best practice sharing across the team to drive efficiency. - Conduct appraisals and provide feedback to the team for goal setting and improvement. - Drive and mentor Continuous Improvement projects based on Lean and Six Sigma principles. - Provide required business unit reporting and other necessary information. - Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AP system. - Handle non-routine issues effectively and escalate to management when needed. - Support timely reporting of key financial information and monitor performance based on agreed KPIs and SLAs. - Learn new processes, concepts, and skills to adapt to changing requirements. - Work collaboratively as part of a team while complying with all client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Identify and implement improvement projects to enhance process efficiencies. - Focus on SLA, KPI, and governance. **Personal Attributes:** - Demonstrated experience in high-level process management knowledge for PTP activities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client industry experience is essential. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong people management skills.
