Group Manager - Accounts Payable

As a P2P Team Lead at WNS (Holdings) Limited, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end P2P cycle, T&E claims processing, stakeholder management, master data management, people management, SLA/KPI management, governance, and process improvement. Your strong experience in these areas, along with preferred SAP knowledge, will be key to your success in this role. **Key Accountabilities:** - Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met while focusing on continuous improvement - Contribute to client and vendor review meetings by understanding business needs - Play an active role in transitions, implementing systems, and meeting audit requirements - Share best practices within the team to drive efficiency - Conduct goal setting and provide effective feedback mechanisms for the team - Lead Continuous Improvement projects based on Lean and Six Sigma principles - Provide necessary business unit reporting and information promptly - Maintain completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AP system - Handle non-routine issues efficiently and escalate when necessary - Support timely reporting of financial information and monitor performance based on KPIs and SLAs - Adapt and learn new processes, concepts, and skills as required - Work collaboratively as part of a team and comply with all client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Identify and implement improvement projects for process efficiencies - Maintain a focus on SLA, KPI, and governance standards **Personal Attributes:** - Possess strong experience in managing PTP processes across simple, medium, and complex activities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and have client industry experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong people management skills **Job Location:** Pune (Viman Nagar) **Shift:** US shift (5:30pm-2:30am) WFO only **Qualifications:** - B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement in the P2P function.
