Group Leader (Electrical/PLC expert)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the maintenance team members to efficiently resolve daily equipment breakdowns in the shortest possible time while ensuring safe working conditions. As a Group Leader, you will plan and organize daily maintenance activities, demonstrate problem-solving skills for preventive maintenance and breakdown abnormalities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address productivity, quality, and other process-related issues.
