IT Network Operations

To support network and security operations in a rotational shift model, you will closely work with Production IT for required support on a daily basis. Your ownership includes ensuring the uptime of both office and production networks, which is crucial for car production. It is imperative to maintain standards, compliance topics, and safety measures to safeguard our internal data. This involves configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network & security devices. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operations and implementing new projects in production areas. This role falls under the job grade of Dy Mgr/Manager and is a part of the ITP department within the F/IT/L division located in Pune. Required Skill Set: - Experience in supporting network and security operations - Proficiency in switching, routing, and network concepts - Familiarity with wireless technologies, internet devices, and technologies - Knowledge of security technologies such as Firewalls, NAC, IPS, and Radius servers - ITIL Service Management expertise - Project Management skills - Background in Manufacturing IT and general IT knowledge You should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
