The Senior Manager in the Assembly department of Production & Logistics based in Pune is responsible for leading the maintenance team members to efficiently resolve daily equipment breakdowns in a timely manner while ensuring safe working conditions. The role includes planning and organizing daily maintenance activities, demonstrating problem-solving skills for preventive maintenance and breakdown abnormalities. The Senior Manager collaborates with various cross-functional teams to address issues related to productivity, quality, and other process-related matters. Additionally, they are responsible for validating that all PLC, HMI, and drive programs adhere to ITS standards. Moreover, the Senior Manager is accountable for evaluating, training, and developing the skills of the team members to enhance their capabilities. Furthermore, they are tasked with optimizing utilities in the Assembly shop through various initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience with a BE qualification. This is an on-roll employment opportunity.,
