Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operations.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, control systems, and power distribution networks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement to enhance reliability.
Train and mentor team members on technical skills, safety practices, and equipment handling.
Manage vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
