Location: Mumbai
Role Summary
We are looking for a Group Leader to supervise multiple project teams across different locations. The role requires ensuring all installations are completed on schedule, while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
>Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency & reduce costs.
>Coordinate with clients to ensure requirements are met.
>Report project progress to senior management.
>Escalation management & development of new subcontractors.
>Conduct site surveys, layout marking & installation supervision.
>Coordinate with contractors and internal cross-functional teams.
>Oversee testing, commissioning & handover of car parking systems & car lifts.
>Ensure installation quality assurance & site safety compliance.
>Manage installation work measurement, certification & MIS submission.
>Provide progress updates in weekly reviews with customers/PMC.
>Build & maintain strong customer/PMC relationships.
>Manage installation projects in Pune & across Maharashtra.
Role Requirements
Education:
Essential: Diploma / BE
Preferred: MBA
Experience:
7+ years in Automated Car Parking industry
OR 8–9 years in Elevator industry
Age Band: 25–40 years
Skills & Competencies:
>Strong organizational & multitasking abilities
>Proficiency in CAD software & project management tools
>Leadership & team management skills
>Client handling & escalation management
