What You’ll Do

• Lead the Charge: Take the helm on all things production and operations—spearheading the planning and delivery of our most ambitious projects, from iconic product launches to signature cultural events.
• Team Builder: You won’t just inherit a team—you’ll build one. Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing group of production professionals, fostering an environment that encourages creative problem solving and growth.
• Operational Excellence: Craft systems and processes that ensure seamless project execution—balancing creativity with safe, sustainable, and reliable delivery, even under tight timelines.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Forge strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams, negotiating confidently and ensuring absolute clarity in communication and deliverables.
• Hands-On Execution: While you see the big picture, you’re not shy about rolling up your sleeves. Dive into the details during planning, setup, and showtime, turning creative visions into reality while anticipating and solving issues on the fly.

About You

• 8-10 years of robust, hands-on production/operations experience in events, experiential marketing, large-scale installations, or cultural programming.
• Proven success in hiring and leading dynamic, cross-functional teams through multiple project cycles.
• Adept at balancing creativity and operational rigor; you love solving puzzles and thrive on finding smart, elegant solutions.
• Well-versed in industry-standard safety protocols, new production technologies, and vendor networks.
• Able to align teams, set expectations, and motivate stakeholders across levels.
• Calm in chaos: Adaptable, decisive, and quick on your feet when it counts most.
• Bonus: Experience with intellectual properties, live concerts, art/cultural events, or innovative formats is a big plus.
