As a Group Head Copy at Social Panga, you will be responsible for leading content creation and management for various brand engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft refined communication structures that resonate with brand identities, ensuring that the messaging aligns with strategic objectives. Your role will involve developing original and impactful content for different target groups, generating standout concepts and campaigns, and mentoring junior Copy Writers to enhance their skills. Additionally, you will strategize 360 creative solutions and confidently present ideas internally and to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand brand briefs and tone to craft a refined communication structure. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create original and impactful content. - Lead the development of copy for brand engagements. - Work closely with the Art Supervisor to generate standout concepts and campaigns. - Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Client teams to deliver copy that meets creative brief objectives. - Mentor junior Copy Writers to enhance their skills. - Strategize 360 creative solutions and confidently present ideas internally and to clients. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of copywriting experience in a Digital Marketing/Advertising agency. - Demonstrated expertise in developing copy for prominent brand campaigns. - Experience in training and leading a team of junior copywriters.
