Group Creative Director (Social-First)

Role Overview: VaynerMedia APAC is seeking a passionate and driven Group Creative Director to lead multiple lines of business in the India region. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for inspiring ideation, guiding the team, leading creative development for specific clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative solutions. Your role will involve working closely with clients, managing creative teams, and spearheading new business pitches. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate seamlessly art, copy, and editing techniques, guiding the team across each aspect of the creative process. - Inspire ideation and thinking for current and prospective clients, ensuring work is on-brief and proactive. - Lead creative development for specific clients, collaborating closely with clients for co-creation when necessary. - Engage and inspire teams across various projects, working with large creative groups and cross-functional disciplines within the agency. - Provide high-quality, actionable feedback, review and optimize team output, and develop creative solutions for a range of clients and industries. - Lead new business pitches, champion creative problem-solving, and establish effective ways to lead teams and processes. - Develop company-wide creative processes, provide high-level concept guidance, and streamline creative processes to improve team structure. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of relevant work experience in the creative media or advertising field with a focus on the India region. - Strong competencies in execution, leadership, empathy, communication, strategic thinking, and adaptability. - Experience working in complex, multi-geography, multi-cultural environments. - Proven ability to work autonomously, maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders, and deliver excellence to clients. - Logical thinking under pressure, innovative problem-solving skills, and mastery of industry best practices.
