Group Company Secretary

Insight Media City, one of South India’s leading media and entertainment networks, is inviting dynamic professionals to join our leadership team as a Whole-time Company Secretary.

📘 Qualification:

Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

💼 Experience:

Minimum 10 years in a public company

⚖️ Key Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act

• RBI/FEMA compliances

• Legal drafting and documentation

• Strong command over corporate governance and statutory regulations

🎯 Role Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing all statutory and regulatory compliances, conducting Board and Shareholder meetings, ensuring FEMA and MIB compliance, and leading corporate governance initiatives across the group.

📍 Location: Ernakulam
