2) Ensure Business & Regulatory policy adherence by the team / self.3) Assist the recruitment deficit of the team to complete it within required timeline.4) Maintain business data and present to the Management in a timely manner.5) Review all business teams regularly.6) Ensure adherence to Compliance & Human Resources policy by the team / self.
a) Strong Relationship Management skills.
b) Excellent understanding of Indian Market and trading strategies.c) Ability to build and lead large teams with demonstrated track record of leadership skills.d) Digital mind-set to lead & motivate the team in-order to achieve higher market share.e) Experience in client acquisition, customer experience, a product knowledge in equity market & wealth advisory.
