Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Group Account Manager Client Servicing with strong experience in advertising and brand strategy. This role requires leading the planning and execution of integrated branding and marketing campaigns across diverse sectors such as healthcare, real estate, education, FMCG, fashion, retail, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate has a solid background in managing multiple brands within a fast-paced agency environment. You must possess sharp market insight, the ability to analyze competition, and the confidence to present creative strategies backed by data and trends. Youll be the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring high-quality output, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction. A proactive attitude, strategic mindset, and strong relationship-building skills are essential. Key Responsibilities – Group Account Manager (Advertising): Lead end-to-end execution of branding and marketing campaigns across diverse sectors. Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment. Present creative ideas aligned with client goals and campaign objectives. Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive support. Present strategic and creative concepts that align with client goals and brand direction. Analyze market trends and competitors to inform campaign strategies. Craft compelling, insight-driven presentations and proposals. Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams for seamless campaign delivery. Drive data-backed, audience-focused marketing solutions. Ensure timely project delivery, within scope and budget. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
