Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
Provide customer support at counters, gates, and during irregular operations.
Coordinate with flight crew and operations teams to ensure smooth turnaround.
Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special assistance requests.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
Age: 18-35 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.

Experience:

Fresher to 5yrs.
