Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
  • Provide customer support at counters, gates, and during irregular operations.
  • Coordinate with flight crew and operations teams to ensure smooth turnaround.
  • Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special assistance requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
  • Age: 18-35 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
  • Pleasant personality and professional grooming.

Experience:

  • Fresher to 5yrs.
