Job Description

Key Responsibilities Onboard and inspect buses to meet quality and comfort standards Perform daily audits to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness Resolve any real-time operational or mechanical issues during trips Ensure essential passenger amenities are stocked and available Verify GPS functionality and availability of safety equipment such as first aid kits and fire extinguishers Monitor bus maintenance schedules and operational health Liaise with bus operators for timely resolution of issues Track operator performance and ensure compliance with service standards Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal safety protocols Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows and implement solutions Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation or operational roles Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Good communication and interpersonal skills About Company: Zingbus is on a mission to build India's most trusted brand for intercity travel by aggregating a fleet of buses and offering standardized, reliable, and affordable travel experiences.
