Job Summary The Ground Operations Executive ensures that every Zingbus journey runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes overseeing the cleanliness, safety, and mechanical condition of the buses, coordinating with operators, handling on-ground issues in real-time, and maintaining high service standards to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Onboard and inspect buses to meet quality and comfort standards. Perform daily audits to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness. Resolve any real-time operational or mechanical issues during trips. Ensure essential passenger amenities are stocked and available. Verify GPS functionality and availability of safety equipment (e.g., first aid kits, fire extinguishers). Monitor bus maintenance schedules and operational health. Liaise with bus operators for timely resolution of issues. Track operator performance and ensure compliance with service standards. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal safety protocols. Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows and implement solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
