Ground Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities Onboard and inspect buses to meet quality and comfort standards. Perform daily audits to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational readiness. Resolve any real-time operational or mechanical issues during trips. Ensure essential passenger amenities are stocked and available. Verify GPS functionality and availability of safety equipment (e.g., first aid kits, fire extinguishers). Monitor bus maintenance schedules and operational health. Liaise with bus operators for timely resolution of issues. Track operator performance and ensure compliance with service standards. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal safety protocols. Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows and implement solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation or operational roles. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
