Description

We are seeking an experienced Grit Blaster to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grit blasting operations, ensuring high-quality surface preparation and finishing.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain grit blasting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare surfaces for blasting by cleaning and masking as needed.
Select appropriate grit materials for various blasting applications.
Monitor and adjust blasting parameters to achieve desired results.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during operations.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on blasting equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in grit blasting or related field.
Proficiency in operating grit blasting machines and related equipment.
Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and materials.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in abrasive blasting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
