Job Title: GridOS Cyber & Foundation Analyst

Experience: 4 to 10 years

• Provide L2/L3 support for GridOS Cybersecurity and Foundation platforms, ensuring high availability and reliability of systems.

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents related to identity, access management, vulnerability management, patching, and endpoint protection.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and develop permanent fixes to prevent recurrence of issues.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to improve system hardening, compliance, and security posture.

• Ensure patching and upgrade activities are executed smoothly across environments with minimal customer impact.

• Manage and resolve service requests related to infrastructure, security configuration, and foundation services (Active Directory, SSO, certificates, network access).

• Support disaster recovery, backup/restore, and business continuity testing for foundational systems.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles for repeated issues.

• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation to handle critical incidents (occasionally)

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and cybersecurity standards (e.g., NERC CIP, ISO 27001, SOC2).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration, Active Directory, identity and access management.

• Experience with cybersecurity tools and processes: SIEM, vulnerability management, firewalls, endpoint detection, and patch management.

• Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Solid troubleshooting skills across network, OS, application, and security layers.

• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS).
