As an experienced SAP S/4HANA GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Access Control and Process Control Subject Matter Expert (SME), your responsibilities will include: - Configuring and managing SAP GRC Access Control, such as Access Request Management(ARM), User Access Reviews (UAR), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Risk Analysis. - Implementing and maintaining Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules to mitigate access risks. - Performing security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - Providing guidance on user provisioning, role creation, and access requests. - Implementing and maintaining SAP GRC Process Control for automated compliance monitoring and risk management. - Defining and documenting controls, workflows, and testing frameworks. - Collaborating with internal audit teams to ensure effective control testing and remediation processes. - Monitoring and reporting on compliance performance using dashboards and analytics. - Leading the design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA GRC solutions, integrating with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Participating in system upgrades, patches, and migrations while preserving and optimizing GRC configurations. - Providing expertise in project scoping, business requirement analysis, and technical solutioning. - Developing and delivering training for end-users and administrators on GRC tools and processes. - Providing technical support for troubleshooting and resolving GRC-related issues. - Acting as the primary point of contact for GRC queries and enhancements. You will work closely with IT, compliance, finance, and business teams to align GRC objectives with organizational goals. Additionally, you will engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and stay updated with SAP GRC product updates, best practices, and emerging industry trends. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 7+ years of experience in SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control with proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and support. Experience in designing and enforcing SoD policies and control frameworks. - Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management. Proficiency in SAP Security concepts, role-based access, and compliance standards like SOX, GDPR, etc. Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex risk scenarios. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
