GRC Access Control and Process Control SME (S4 HANA)

As an experienced SAP S/4HANA GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Access Control and Process Control Subject Matter Expert (SME), your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage GRC solutions to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and streamlined business processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions aligning with business objectives while maintaining SAP system integrity and security. Your key responsibilities will include configuring and managing SAP GRC Access Control, implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, conducting security assessments and audits, providing guidance on user provisioning, and overseeing GRC Process Control to automate compliance monitoring and risk management. You will lead the design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA GRC solutions, participate in system upgrades and migrations, provide training for end-users and administrators, and act as the primary point of contact for GRC queries and enhancements. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control. You must have proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and support, as well as experience in designing and enforcing SoD policies and control frameworks. Proficiency in SAP GRC modules, SAP Security concepts, and compliance standards like SOX and GDPR, along with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, are essential for this role.,
